    The Live Music Crisis Dossier

The Live Music Crisis Dossier is Testset's comprehensive editorial project examining the current state of live music. It tracks the pressure points reshaping concerts and festivals: Live Nation, Ticketmaster, DOJ antitrust scrutiny, AI music, ticket pricing, Blue Dot Fever, independent venues, festival economics, and the future of authentic live experience.

For Omar Afra, the dossier grows out of decades inside the live music ecosystem: building independent media, producing major festivals, founding Day for Night, selling a major festival into the Live Nation/C3 ecosystem, and driving nearly $500 million in ticket conversions. The project is both editorial and structural — an attempt to map what broke, what still matters, and what might come next.
