Free Press Houston was the independent Houston arts and news publication founded by Omar and Andrea Afra in 2003. Published monthly in print for more than a decade, it covered Houston music, visual art, politics, civic life and the culture of the city before transitioning to a digital-only publication in 2015.

This archive catalogs a portion of the surviving print editions currently held in the Free Press Houston collection. Each edition has its own archival record documenting the publication date, issue number where verified, and page count. A separate index of articles attributed to Omar Afra is maintained alongside the print archive. The publication itself is cataloged at the Free Press Houston Archive as the Free Press Houston entity record.
