The Texas Islamophobia & Sharia Panic Archive is an ongoing Testset project by Omar Afra tracking how Muslim civic life in Texas has been turned into campaign material, legal theater, and suspicion politics.

The archive collects Testset coverage on Sharia panic, CAIR, EPIC City / The Meadow, Texas religious freedom, Muslim civil-rights advocacy, and the politicians using anti-Muslim rhetoric as a campaign instrument. It follows how ordinary civic life — mosques, schools, planned communities, charities, civil-rights groups, and public speech — can be reframed as a threat when Muslims are involved.

This selected project reflects a recurring concern in Afra’s writing: Texas often celebrates religious liberty in broad patriotic language, but that promise becomes strangely conditional when Islam enters the room.
